Last year, the basic renovation work on the Freihof building, which had been vacant until recently, began in cooperation with the Herbert Bau company. In the course of the renovation, the attic was also expanded and the facade renewed. The aim of the renovation work is to rebuild Freihof true to the original and to preserve the architecture as much as possible. By the end of June 2022, a total of 8 residential units will be built in Freihof, which can be rented as high-quality, comfortable apartments.
